Chief Bondi Rampage Workout

See what happened when team Chief rounded up Bondi’s fitness elite and challenged them to a gruelling Rampage workout!
With a generous prize package up for grabs it was no surprise that the athletes came out in full force to give our workout their best shot.

The Chief squad included some local fitness hero’s, a few Ninja Warriors and even a couple of international visitors! You can check out the full line up on our Instagram page.

Our competitors arrived at Bondi beach with no idea what was in store for them, with the workout kept under wraps until the very last minute…leaving little time to back out!

Think you could take on the Chief challenge?

Grab a friend and give the #Rampage workout a go:

  • Ramp 1: Lunge walk to Ramp 2.
  • Ramp 2: Sprint to the water and back (approx 100m) then burpee broad jump to Ramp 3.
  • Ramp 3: 50 squats then run on soft sand to Ramp 4.
  • Ramp 4: Bar crawl to Ramp 5 (it’s a killer!)
  • Ramp 5: Soft sand run to Ramp 6.
  • Ramp 6: Run all the way back to Ramp 1 on the hard sand.

If you don’t have access to beach ramps, fear not, set out 2 markers around 150m apart and travel back and forth between them (no excuse!). Let us know if you give it a go by tagging @chief_bar and #eatlikeachief.
